Blueberries, again
I must be on a blueberry kick, so for all of you who like the berry, here's another really yummy recipe for you:
Blueberry Pound Cake
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup oil
Mix and add:
1 yellow butter cake mix
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding
Fold in 1 large can blueberries drained and rinsed (you can find these by the pie filling) or 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for one hour.
Great for dessert or breakfast.

This recipe is identical to one of my favorites, except that mine uses lemon cake instead of yellow. I think I'll try it your way too! My friend saves the blueberry juice, adds powdered sugar and makes a beautiful purple glaze for the top of the bundt...voila!
