Chocolate Cheesecake

There is a sweet lady in Tyler who makes the most incredible desserts, especially chocolate cheesecake. On occasion, she would make an extra one and bring it by the house or the office. I had been wanting to try to make a cheesecake and thought hers would be as good a place to begin as any. Here is a pic of the first try. Not the prettiest thing in the world, but none of us turned down eating it. I have a couple of other recipes to try -- maybe one of them will look as good as it tastes!
